The Early Bird Delegate at AFRIDEX 2026

Exhibitors and sponsors at AFRIDEX 2026 receive complimentary exhibitor passes, and those passes can be upgraded to Delegate Passes.
The upgrade opens the Strategic Conference on 27 and 28 October, the Opening Ceremony on 26 October which is restricted to VIPs, speakers and delegates only, and delegate networking breaks with ministers, service chiefs and heads of procurement.
The Early Bird Delegate Pass is USD $1,500 including VAT until 31 August 2026, before the Standard rate applies. Organisations booking 10 or more can contact the AFRIDEX team about group options.
