The company was established as the special purpose vehicle behind a partnership between Nigus International Investment Limited and UAE based Elmirate Investment, with up to 200 million dollars committed to building advanced defence, satellite and technology manufacturing capability in Nigeria.
The venture operates within the regulatory framework of the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria and aligns with the DICON Act 2023.
A new entity with serious backing, in the market it was built for.
