HENSOLDT South Africa at Africa Aerospace and Defence 2026
ASIM, Sep 14
Two days until Africa Aerospace and Defence 2026, and we’re standing by.
The reveal continues, one domain at a time. In the air, the work is about seeing further. On land, it is about knowing what is out there before anything becomes visible at all.
In today’s complex battlefield, real-time information about enemy forces and the operational environment is critical for military success. Achieving spectrum dominance requires highly specialised sensors and intelligent software to detect threats early and protect friendly forces in complex, evolving scenarios.
Our electromagnetic warfare team brings exactly that to AAD. The new automated spectrum management system (ASMS), together with the electromagnetic support and -attack solutions will be on our stand, built in South Africa for the international stage.
Our team – Ryno van Staden, Hannes Perold, Jaco Olivier, Fernando Brites, and Albert Lombard, Johan Keyser, Steyn-Louis Muller – is ready to show why GEW is a leader in this field.
Local innovation. Global capability.
