Today at ILA Berlin – Pioneering Aerospace, HENSOLDT´s CEO Oliver Dörre and Stephan Mayer, Managing Director of Collins Aerospace, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on a deepened strategic cooperation in the field of modern military #aviation systems.
Both companies are pooling their technological strengths and resources to provide our soldiers with powerful, interoperable, and future-proof solutions for current and future requirements and to effectively field them.
Both companies share the same goals:
◾ Deepened cooperation regarding airborne platforms – ranging from avionics and sensor technology to integrated mission systems.
◾ Strengthening the transatlantic pillar – maintaining a partnership of equals between European and U.S. capabilities.
◾ Simultaneous promotion of the German industrial base – expanding technological value creation and industrial presence within Germany.
◾ Contributing to the strengthening of the German defense industry -safeguarding technological sovereignty and industrial resilience.
◾ Acting in the customer’s interest -focusing on reliable, high-performance, and sustainable solutions for armed forces and government agencies.
