At hashtag#Eurosatory 2026 in Paris, EDGE and Safran – Defense signed a joint venture term sheet establishing the framework for two proposed joint ventures in the UAE and France, focused on the development of next-generation precision strike capabilities.

The partnership’s flagship programme will advance an extended-range smart weapon, while creating a foundation for future collaboration across advanced air-launched weapons and defence technologies.
