Cyber Domain at AFRIDEX 2026

AI and C4ISR reporting across Africa points to activity across national command-and-control, AI-enabled surveillance, intelligence-sharing, digital systems and counter-UAS integration.

Egypt launched its Octagon Command Complex, creating a benchmark for integrated command, data fusion and cyber resilience. AFRICOM’s intelligence-led, technology-enabled security model cited Nigeria as a proof point, with direct relevance across ISR, intelligence fusion, counter-terrorism and maritime domain awareness.

AFRIDEX 2026 takes place 26–29 October at Eko Atlantic, Lagos, Nigeria.
