Headquartered in Lagos, Arridex began in 2005 as an asset integrity practice in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector and has since grown into maritime, defence, construction, technology and aerospace. Through its subsidiaries, it designs and manufactures autonomous systems, delivers engineering and construction projects, and builds advanced technology products.
In June 2026, Arridex commissioned the Omnifactory in Lagos, West Africa’s first multi-technology industrial additive manufacturing facility. The company also operates a joint venture with the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria – DICON to manufacture military-grade components locally, supporting Nigeria’s defence industrial base.
