Africa Aerospace and Defence 2026 is officially open

This morning at Air Force Base Waterkloof, President Cyril Ramaphosa joined industry leaders, exhibitors, partners and stakeholders for the official opening ceremony of AAD2026.

Over the next five days, the only aerospace and defence exhibition in Africa brings together capability across air, land and sea, supported by a full conference and engagement theatre programme, indoor and outdoor exhibition space across the base, and live demonstrations on the mobility track.
