“Human capital, a key factor for competitiveness” a panel discussion oragnized on the 3rd Day of the Marrakech Air Show 2024, with the contribution of our panelists experts: Ms. Sana A., SVP – Human Capital, EDGE, Mr. Raphael Samson, General Manager, Institut des métiers de l’aéronautique-Officiel – Moroccan Aerospace Training Center, Mr. Mustapha Faqir, Dean & Full Professor, School of Aerospace and Automotive Engineering, UIR – Université Internationale de Rabat and Mr. David Davies , Vice President and General Manager, Morocco, Spirit AeroSystems and Mr. Driss Bettache , Director of Partnerships, OFPPT.
Panelists addressed many questions related to innovation and research, complex manufacturing processes, maintenance, repair and supply chain management, and other factors that enhance the importance of organizational performance, all in relation to training, in order to have a high caliber and skilled workforce to address specific needs and to attract more opportunities to Morocco and create synergy between the job market and academic training.
