Today Honeywell released our Q1 2026 financial result and announced the sale of our Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business. This transaction combined with the recently announced sale of our Productivity Solutions and Services business mark the final steps to conclude our multi-year portfolio transformation ahead of our Aerospace spin-off now expected on June 29th.
