Boeing has completed the $10.55 billion all-cash sale of parts of its Digital Aviation Solutions business—including Jeppesen, ForeFlight, AerData, and OzRunways—to software investment firm Thoma Bravo. The deal strengthens Boeing’s capital structure and enables the company to focus on its core operations and retained Digital Services portfolio, which provides data-driven solutions for fleet operations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for commercial and defense customers
