Dubai-based airline flydubai has announced seven new interline agreements, expanding its total number of partners to more than 40. These new partnerships with Aegean Airlines, ITA Airways, Myanmar Airways International, and Chinese carriers Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines significantly enhance flydubai’s global connectivity. Passengers can now access over 30 European destinations through Greece and Italy, as well as more than 90 routes across the Far East and Southeast Asia.
These agreements allow for single-ticket itineraries and through-checked baggage, offering travelers a seamless journey and demonstrating flydubai’s commitment to expanding access to international destinations.With a growing network of over 135 destinations, flydubai now provides access to more than 300 locations through its interline and codeshare partners. CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith emphasized the airline’s dedication to strengthening global trade and tourism links since its launch in 2009. The new agreements increase flexibility and convenience for passengers while attracting more travelers to Dubai as a key aviation and tourism hub. Onboard its fleet of 95 Boeing 737s, flydubai offers a refined travel experience in both Business and Economy Class, featuring international cuisine, in-flight entertainment, and comfortable seating.
