Saab will present the innovative technologies that position the Gripen E as the world’s most advanced multi-role combat aircraft at SITDRONE Peru 2024, an international exhibition dedicated to drones, aircraft, and space exploration. At booths 54 and 50A, Saab will also share information about its range of advanced systems and solutions in aerospace, air traffic management, armament, and radar.

At booths 54 and 50A, Saab will demonstrate the revolutionary potential of the Gripen E, allowing visitors to experience its maneuverability, performance, communication, navigation, and electronic warfare capabilities in a simulator. This, along with cutting-edge technologies such as the Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar and the Infrared Search and Track (IRST) passive sensor, equips the Gripen with strategic capabilities to ensure national sovereignty.
Moreover, this unique fighter concept offers the perfect balance between exceptional operational performance and cost-efficiency in a single smart combat system.
Next to the Gripen E simulator, visitors will also be able to obtain more information about the short-range air defense system RBS 70 NG, the family of 3D surveillance radars Giraffe, as well as the latest solutions for air traffic management.
The SITDRONE 2024 event will take place at the Las Palmas Air Base in Surco, Lima, Peru, from November 21 to 24.
