In 2025, the French aerospace sector recruited 21,300 people and now boasts 230,500 direct jobs across the country.

Behind every aircraft, every satellite, and every technological innovation, thousands of women and men perform a wide variety of jobs: engineers, technicians, operators, researchers, apprentices, and more.

Opportunities are available throughout France, at all qualification levels and at every stage of a career path.

In 2027, the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget will once again showcase the sector’s careers, training programs, and job opportunities through “L’Aéro Recrute” (Aerospace Recruits) and “L’Avion des Métiers” (Careers in Aviation).
