- Evolito will supply its unique EPU architecture, including lightweight, efficient electric motors and high-integrity DAL-A power electronics, integrated into a single electric engine, delivering the extended range, high performance and built-in redundancy required for Valo’s commercial service.
- Evolito will certify the Electric Engine and be the Type Certificate Holder, supporting the path to Valo’s certification in 2028.
- Evolito joins Honeywell, Syensqo and Aciturri as major programme partners, further strengthening Valo’s route to market.
- The partnership supports the UK’s ambition to lead in aerospace innovation, backed by £2.3 bn of Aerospace Technology Institute (ATI) funding to accelerate the development of cleaner, more efficient aircraft.
