During the Gateway Gulf BH Investment forum 2025, Eve Air Mobility entered a major Framework Agreement with Bahrain Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (MTT) to accelerate the introduction of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft across the kingdom. The deal marks a key step toward establishing Bahrain as a regional hub for sustainable air transport.
The agreement outlines joint efforts to prepare Bahrain’s regulations, operations, and infrastructure for eVTOL integration. Eve Air Mobility and the Bahrain Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications will create a testing environment for Advanced Air Mobility systems and design vertiport infrastructure to support future services. This initiative aligns with Bahrain’s national strategy to promote green innovation and diversify its economy through high-tech transport solutions.
The partnership positions Bahrain at the forefront of sustainable air mobility in the Gulf, advancing green transport and cross-border connectivity.
