Airbus revealed a partnership with TotalEnergies, wherein the latter will supply Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) for over half of Airbus’s needs in Europe, alongside plans for a hydrogen-powered aircraft set to debut operationally by 2035. Meanwhile, Boeing outlined ambitions for autonomous flights by 2030, and Embraer unveiled a strategic collaboration with Scoot, marking the airline as the first in the Asia Pacific region to embrace Embraer’s Collaborative Inventory Planning solution, designed to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs for customers.ASIM, feb 23.
