We had the pleasure of hosting A Taste of Chiang Mai with Malaysia Airlines, where our media and influencer friends were guided by Michelin-starred Chef Darren Chin and Chef Kritphan from the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel to create some of the region’s most iconic dishes.
This culinary adventure was part of our Chiang Mai trip, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand. We rolled up our sleeves and immersed ourselves in the bold flavors of Chiang Mai, learning to make Khao Soi and Khao Niew Dum. It was a day of discovery, laughter, and cherished memories as we celebrated the vibrant food culture of Chiang Mai 🇹ðŸ‡.
