The International Air and Space Fair (FIDAE) unveiled its official image and announced the dates for its 24th edition, scheduled to take place from April 7 to 12, 2026, in Santiago, Chile. The announcement was made during a reception at the Farnborough International Airshow, held at the FIDAE stand in Hall 2 – 2508. The event was led by Colonel Carlos Salazar, CEO of FIDAE 2026, along with key figures such as Commander Emanuel González and Patricio Acevedo. Notable attendees included the Chilean Ambassador to the UK, Ximena Fuentes Torrijo, and various military and diplomatic representatives.
Colonel Salazar emphasized the success of FIDAE 2024 and expressed confidence in hosting another world-class event in 2026. He highlighted the fair’s role as a key platform for global companies to showcase their products, form alliances, and expand commercial ties within the Latin American market. With reservations already confirmed, FIDAE 2026 aims to continue its legacy as a leading Aerospace, Defense, and Security exhibition in the region.
