Lilium partners with leading global airport operator Groupe ADP to expand infrastructure network for the Lilium Jet

Groupe ADP and Lilium N.V. have announced a strategic partnership aimed at developing infrastructure for the Lilium Jet across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Groupe ADP, renowned for managing 23 airports globally including major hubs like Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Le Bourget, plans to integrate vertiports to facilitate Lilium’s electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft operations. This initiative aligns with Groupe ADP’s commitment to advancing Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) as part of its Pioneers 2025 innovation roadmap, positioning Paris as a pivotal hub for Lilium Jet operations.

The collaboration underscores Groupe ADP’s role in pioneering infrastructure for regional air mobility, leveraging its extensive airport network to establish vertiports that will support the deployment of Lilium Jets. Sebastien Borel, CCO of Lilium, highlighted the significance of this partnership in realizing the first eVTOL flights in France and beyond, leveraging Groupe ADP’s global footprint to facilitate Lilium’s commercial ambitions starting in 2026. Edward Arkwright, Deputy CEO of Groupe ADP, emphasized their commitment to developing new eVTOL services and enhancing global connectivity through innovative infrastructure solutions tailored for next-generation aviation technologies.
