At BIAS, we recognize the importance of addressing the challenges and opportunities women face in this field. This commitment to gender balance is a central focus of our diversity and inclusion conference. Through our Future Workforce Programme and the Endeavour Scholarship, we aim to facilitate discussions, provide education, and empower women to pursue careers in aerospace.
