Exciting news for the future of ILA Berlin – Pioneering Aerospace! In a joint cabinet meeting, the Berlin Senate, represented by the Senate Chancellery Berlin and the State of Brandenburg government, approved the framework agreement for hosting ILA Berlin – Pioneering Aerospace from 2026 to 2030! This agreement, signed by Franziska Giffey, Joerg Steinbach, Aletta von Massenbach, Mario Tobias, and BDLI Middle Stand Representative Martin Kroell, secures the existence of ILA in the capital region until 2030. The cross-border and long-term support underscores ILA’s significance as a “key driver of growth and employment in the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region,” as emphasized by Brandenburg’s Prime Minister Dietmar Woidke. As “Germany’s most important showcase for the industry,” ILA Berlin – Pioneering Aerospace, since 2012 at BER – Berlin Brandenburg Airport, brings together leading figures from industry, politics, military, research, and science, fostering exchange on innovation, technology, and sustainability.

ILA24 will take place from June 5 to June 9, 2024, at the Berlin ExpoCenter Airport, directly adjacent to BER – Berlin Brandenburg Airport, highlighting themes such as climate-neutral flying and digitization.
