Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX, EVEXW) will provide updates on key program milestones at the 45th Farnborough Air Show. Following a recent $94M equity injection for its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft development, Eve has attracted additional equity, enhancing its financial position with existing cash and credit lines. Ahead of the show, Eve’s CEO Johann Bordais will update the industry on program developments, including significant milestones. Eve will also showcase an eVTOL cabin mock-up and offer virtual reality flights at its display.
Eve boasts the advanced air mobility industry’s largest pre-order book with 2,900 eVTOL units and potential service contracts worth up to $935M. Updates will be provided on the first full-scale prototype. CEO Johann Bordais emphasizes that the Farnborough Airshow is an opportunity to highlight Eve’s progress in creating a safe, sustainable, and efficient advanced air mobility industry. The eVTOL design prioritizes passenger comfort, safety, and operational economics with optimized dispatch reliability, propulsion redundancy, and low operation costs.
