On Wednesday, September 25, the Executive Director of the International Air and Space Fair (FIDAE), Aviation Colonel (R) Carlos Salazar, and the Commercial Manager of the fair, Squadron Commander (R) Emanuel González, were invited as representatives of the most prestigious aerospace, defense, and security exhibition in Latin America to the inauguration of the eighth edition of Seguridad Expo 2024, held in Santiago, Chile.
Given that homeland security is one of the sectors covered by FIDAE, the delegation attended the event to strengthen ties with companies in the field, recognizing the increasing importance of internal security in countries across the region.
In this way, FIDAE continues its promotion program—both nationally and internationally—for its 24th edition, which will take place from April 7 to 12, 2026, next to the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport in Santiago, Chile. This positions FIDAE as the leading business platform in the industry and a gateway to the emerging Latin American market.
