Rolls-Royce announced today its participation in the team, led by prime contractor SNC, supporting the Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC) recapitalization program for the United States Air Force. The SAOC aircraft offers senior military leaders a highly resilient command, control, and communications platform to oversee U.S. forces during a potential national crisis.
