According to Article 40 of Regulation of Legislative Decree No. 1362, the Multi-Year Investment Report on Public-Private Partnerships (IMIAPP) is a management tool drafted by each public entity holding the project. Its purpose is to identify potential Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and Asset Projects (PA) for inclusion in the Promotion Process within the subsequent three (03) years of its creation. This report remains valid for three (03) years from its approval. Peruvian authorities have formalized their intention to construct a spaceport in the country, as outlined in the Multi-Year Investment Report on Public-Private Partnerships by the Ministry of Defense for the period 2023-2026.
